Multi-year Inc. 5000 winner Ideal Concepts, Inc. has once again made the prestigious list! With Ideal Concepts’ company’s sister company, American Insurance Organization (AIO), the Lehigh Valley based business has made the Inc. 5000 list for the past six years running. The exclusive list by Inc. Magazine annually ranks the country’s top 5000 fastest-growing private companies by 3-year revenue percentage growth.

Ideal Concepts and AIO are excited to celebrate their sixth appearance on the list, especially as it gets exponentially harder to continually produce the same percentage increases as revenue grows. The companies’ 3-year revenue increases have ranged from 62% to 863% since 2012.

While the Inc. 5000 list recognizes the fastest growing companies in America based solely on revenue percentage increases, what may be more impressive is Ideal Concepts’ employee growth. During the same time period measured for Inc. 5000, employee count grew from 43 to 177!

The two-year COVID-19 pandemic has presented some interesting challenges, but ultimately, has not seriously impacted Ideal Concepts’ growth. Despite closing in early March 2020 and choosing not to return to office yet in order to continue to protect employees and employees’ families, all team members are able to work hard from home.
