With our company’s sister company, American Insurance Organization (AIO), our Lehigh Valley based business has made the list for the past five years running. The Inc. 5000, put out by Inc. Magazine, annually ranks the country’s top 5000 fastest-growing private companies, according to percentage revenue growth over a 3-year period.
Ideal Concepts and AIO are celebrating their fifth appearance on the list, especially as it gets exponentially harder to continually produce the same percentage increases as revenue grows. Our companies’ 3-year revenue increases have ranged from 112% to 863% since 2012.
While the Inc. 5000 list recognizes the fastest growing companies in America based solely on revenue percentage increases, what may be more impressive is Ideal Concepts’ employee growth. During the same three-year time period measured for Inc. 5000, our company’s team grew from 42 to 139!
Even the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t slowed down Ideal Concepts’ growth. Despite closing in early March, and making the decision to keep physical offices closed until at least 2021 in order to protect employees and employees’ families, all team members are still hard at work from home.
