Ideal Concepts, Inc. has ranked #6 on the Fastest Growing Companies list for 2019! Lehigh Valley Business announced the 45 fastest-growing companies last month, and the rankings were revealed during a breakfast ceremony this morning.
This is our second consecutive year making the list, which ranks local companies by revenue growth over three years. Both dollar and percentage increases are taken into consideration. Ideal Concepts’ revenue jumped 651% from 2015 to 2018!
Our team has also grown 65% over the past year. We currently have 84 full-time employees and are still growing!
"I'm extremely proud of our continued growth at Ideal Concepts. The larger you grow, the more difficult it is to continue the same percentage of growth year over year," says Ideal Concepts President John Pequeno. "I'm especially excited about the number of dedicated teammates we've added over the past several years. In December 2015, we had just 23 employees. This December, our goal is more than 100."
