Ideal Concepts’ 5th annual Holiday Gift Drive benefiting Bethany Children's Home was a huge success! At least 53 Ideal Concepts employees, agents, friends, and family members donated more than $6,000 in gifts for the residential kids and Helping Hands program.
Thanks to our generous donors, we were able to provide gifts for all 69 kids who live at Bethany long-term. We also supplied gifts for the Helping Hands program, which provides aid to children who are temporarily separated from their families. These children will be staying at the on-campus Emergency Shelter during the holidays.
Bethany Children’s Home has been providing a safe and nurturing living environment for children who are unable to be in their own homes since 1863. Historically, Bethany has hosted children as young as 5 years old, but right now the kids range from 13-20 years old. Some of these children are orphans, have unfit parents, or are unaccompanied minors waiting to be reunited with their families.
Ideal Concepts has held a gift drive for Bethany every year since 2015. Each person who donated this year chose at least one Christmas tree that featured the gender, age, clothing sizes, interests, and wish list of one deserving child.
