Ideal Concepts’ Business Development team is continually searching for new ways to expand and diversify our existing partnerships. We do this through developing new and exciting insurance products, collaborating with other like-minded, technology-focused companies, and connecting with top salespersons, carriers, and business partners.

Our Compliance team serves as the governing body overseeing our sales and other client facing teams. They are there to help train and maintain compliance procedures and correct/retrain on any potential compliance issues. As our business often deals with highly regulated insurance products, this team is central to the operations at Ideal Concepts.

Insurance licensing and appointments are a crucial part of any insurance sales operation, and it’s no different at Ideal Concepts. Our 3,000+ independent agents expect our Licensing team to be experts when it comes to regulations involving state licenses, carrier appointments, health exchange certifications and a lot more!

The Commissions team works with more than 100 insurance carriers and hundreds of products, all paying compensation out at different rates, at various times, and through a variety of methods. They are responsible for keeping track of every sale and every commission payment for 1,000+ agents.

The Ideal Concepts customer service team is on the front lines, helping clients directly with various insurance products. They also help agents navigate their sales and service of clients. This team consists of a group of problem solvers who enjoy working directly with clients and agents across the country.

Our finance team is highly trained in their specialties as well as industry standards, so the company remains profitable and is set up for future success. They provide the financial data and forecasting so the company can stay ahead of the curve and make smart, strategic business decisions that will keep the company successful and profitable for years to come.

The business operations team helps streamline processes so the entire company can run as efficiently as possible. The team provides oversight within every department to create accountability for all teams.

Call quality is responsible for making sure all sales calls are compliant and meet the standards of both the company and our important insurance carrier partners. This team not only helps reduce the risk to Ideal Concepts, but they also help make sure our customers have an exceptional experience with our agents and our products.

The facilities team is focused on maintaining a work environment that allows teams to focus on their goals and making sure they have the equipment and technology needed to operate as efficiently as possible. From designing and constructing workplaces to day-to-day routine maintenance, our Facilities team makes sure all employees have a clean, functional, and safe office to work in.

Our highly trained Case Managers provide support to agents and clients. This includes scheduling medical exams and nurse visits, reviewing applications for missing information and working with both the agent and clients to make sure underwriting is as quick and painless as possible.

Our Member Services team helps build strong relationships with both members and agents. From answering incoming calls to solving complicated insurance questions, they help make sure our clients experience an elite level of service and always have a positive experience.
