Our Compliance team guarantees Ideal Concepts follows all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, as well as carrier compliance requirements. A large part of their role is serving as the governing body overseeing and training our sales and other client-facing teams on compliance matters.
Our Compliance team members have extensive knowledge on general, Medicare, and insurance specific compliance. They’re expected to stay current on trends in healthcare, insurance, Medicare, and business laws and regulations to ensure best practices are in place at Ideal Concepts.
Compliance also oversees the review, development, and approval of various business contracts and agreements.
