Ideal Concepts is extremely excited and proud to announce that we have officially closed on our second Lehigh Valley location today. The new 38,000-square-foot location at 801 Hamilton Street in downtown Allentown is a five-story building in a prime location. Nestled in the heart of a bustling downtown that is going through a massive revitalization, the historic building is on the corner lot of 8th and Hamilton Streets. That’s just a block away from the PPL building, and a block away from PPL Center and Allentown’s Center Square.
Ideal Concepts President John Pequeno and his administrative team have worked diligently on this project for the past few months, but it’s been a dream for years. “I’m so excited to add this downtown Allentown location to our current location,” says John. “We’ve worked hard to expand our team, and our remarkable growth over the past two years in particular contributed profoundly to this acquisition.”
At this point, Ideal Concepts is very close to capacity at the current Union Blvd. location, and the additional space couldn’t come soon enough. Renovations and other preparations at 801 Hamilton will begin immediately, and several teams will move in once those improvements are complete. The company's headquarters will remain at the Union Blvd. location.
