Josh was a super guy. My husband and I just turned 65 and we had no idea what supplement to choose, I had received a letter so I called. I feel we were very lucky that Josh answered our call. I had called just to set up an appt for later and he asked if we had time today. Josh was very personable, friendly, patience and knowledgeable. He explained all plans that were available and we were able to pick the perfect plan for us. Because of Josh we can rest knowing that if we need health care it will be totally covered. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Sweeney. He helped me navigate ACA plans, called my doctors and helped coordinate my care. I live in Albuquerque, NM and it’s very hard to get in with a psychiatrist here so changing doctors wasn’t really an option. Paul was very understanding and accommodating of all my needs.
