Our Customer Services Representative will work with our SureMed members, agents, and benefit partners as a liaison that fosters easy and positive communication to problem-solve both common and unique issues.
Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team to help support our thriving SureMed member base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound calls and emails from members, sales agents and benefit partners
- Initiate outbound courtesy calls
- Help members and answer questions about their SureMed memberships benefits
- Resolve account, payment, and enrollment issues
- Remain knowledgeable of our unique products and procedures
- Update department Spreadsheets
- Recognize and report compliance issues
- Facilitate claim processing for insurance benefits
- Participate in team meetings
Qualifications
- Highly personable and accommodating
- Skilled at research and problem solving
- Proven ability to handle multiple levels of customer issues
- Strong comfort with internet/cloud-0based applications
- Client relationship management and insurance experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritized, and manage time effectively
- Strong verbale and written communications skills
- High energy, patient and motivated
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
