Our IT Department provides direct and indirect support to our 350+ employees, as well as our hundreds of agents, and hundreds of thousands of clients. The team oversee all internal IT infrastructure, policies, procedures, security, and training for our rapidly expanding employee team.
In addition, the Information Technology team at Ideal Concepts also maintains IT security for all internal and external company infrastructure and supports our company technology and platforms.
