Ideal Concepts, Inc. an Inc. 5000 company and a 2017 Top Workplace In Lehigh Valley, is seeking a talented digital media specialist with a desire to become a part of a rapidly growing health insurance marketing and technology company. We have become a national leader in health insurance sales, and we would like to continue expanding our reach across the country. Ideal Concepts’ rapid growth necessitates an expanded marketing department. We are looking for a full time digital media specialist to help manage our search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, and e-mail channels. The right candidate will have a significant budget, and will be vital to our short and long term customer acquisition strategy for 2,500 national health and Medicare agents. He/she will implement our SEO, paid media, and e-mail marketing strategies using existing data, seasonal trends, and marketing objectives to help efficiently meet our agent base’s demand We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical, experienced, and intelligent team player who is highly invested in the success of the company. The right candidate will be coachable, will fit into the existing company culture, and will hold themselves responsible and accountable for the performance of their marketing channel.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing on site SEO best practices across our websites (Tracking, content optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link optimization, etc.)
  • Working with a content team to execute a link acquisition strategy
  • Managing paid media bids, targeting, and creative across multiple platforms (Google AdWords, BingAds, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Executing our e-mail marketing strategy (E-mail validation, segmenting, etc.)
  • Preparing timely, actionable reports centered on return on investment (ROI), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion/close rate, total spend compared to budget, web traffic, etc.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience a must
  • Thorough knowledge of processing/manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven project management skill and experience (must be able to give relevant examples)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools/platforms (Google AdWords, BingAds, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of the health insurance and Medicare industries a plus
  • B.A. degree in a relevant field
