Position: Lead Affiliate Coordinator

Ideal Concepts, Inc. an Inc. 5000 company and a 2017 Top Workplace In Lehigh Valley, is seeking a talented lead affiliate coordinator with a desire to become a part of a rapidly growing health insurance marketing and technology company. We have become a national leader in health insurance sales, and we would like to continue expanding our reach across the country. Ideal Concepts’ rapid growth necessitates an expanded marketing department. We are looking for a full time lead affiliate coordinator to manage existing lead affiliate partnerships and facilitate new lead affiliate partnerships. The right candidate will have a significant budget (over $10M annually) and be a vital part of our lead generation strategy for 2,500 national health and Medicare agents. He/she will use existing data, seasonal trends, and marketing objectives to help efficiently meet our agent base’s demand. We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and intelligent team player who is highly invested in the success of the company. The right candidate will be coachable, will fit into the existing company culture, and will hold themselves responsible and accountable for the performance of their marketing channel.
  • Managing bids, lead volume, and filters across dozens of campaigns and 20+ lead affiliates
  • Facilitating effective communication with lead affiliates
  • Continually monitoring/projecting agent demand and adjusting volume accordingly
  • Preparing timely, actionable reports centered on cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion/close rate, total spend compared to budget, etc.
  • Onboarding and piloting new affiliate partners and affiliate campaigns
  • Aiding in lead affiliate administration: contract review, invoice auditing, etc.
  • 1-2 years of related experience (marketing, ecommerce, lead generation, economics, or mathematics)
  • Experience with budget projections and managing to a monthly budget
  • Thorough knowledge of processing/manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven project management skill and experience (must be able to give relevant examples)
  • Deep understanding of economic principles like supply/demand, diminishing returns, etc.
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
  • Basic understanding of the health insurance and Medicare industries a plus
  • B.A. degree in a relevant field
