Position: Help Desk Support Analyst

Location: Allentown PA
Do you have the desire to become part of a rapidly growing health insurance marketing and technology company? We have become a national leader in health insurance sales, and we would like to continue to expand our reach across the country. Our company is growing at such a rapid pace that it's now evident that we need to support our sales representatives by helping them with basic troubleshooting and supporting them with utilizing our sales CRM system. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and helpdesk request tracking tools, as well as require the use of remote desktop support sessions. This position will start immediately.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from external customers seeking help with proprietary web based CRM.
  • Use helpdesk ticketing system to log and update customer requests
  • Use remote desktop control software to aid in customer help
  • Learn the functions of our software so that you can walk users through the steps to achieve specific goals
  • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor"s Degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT-related position
  • Support of Windows 7 through 10. Mac OS and Linux is a plus
  • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, TCP/IP and VPN
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills
