Our Commissions Associate researches all issues with commission statements and payments for our growing sales agent base. The Ideal candidate will be well versed at processing and tracking commissions issues, researching missing payments, and using our standard tools to support our sales agent’s commission’s needs.

The Commissions Associate is an integral member of our team. As Ideal Concepts continues to grow, our agent base, insurance verticals and relationships with new partners expand. We are looking for someone who is sharp, highly efficient and can learn quickly. Our agents rely on the Commissions Department to deliver accurate payments and resolve complex situations. We support a continuous drive to uphold the confidence our sales agent teams have in our Commissions Department.  This is a demanding and fast-paced position and allows the right person to work independently, but also be self-motivated and highly organized.


  • Research all Missing policies that have been sold by our sales teams
  • Research all commission statement issues from over 50 of our insurance partners
  • Investigate and report missing commissions
  • Act as the primary contact for Agents regarding commission statements and payments


  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting, financial, or data entry
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-motivated and efficient
  • Able to work in a demanding and faced-paced environment
  • Experience in processing commissions and/or sales incentives preferred

This is normally an on-site position, located in Allentown, PA. In light of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we have made temporary arrangements for our staff to be able to work remotely. We will soon return to our offices, at which time, remote work will not be an option for this position.
