Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are a critical part of Ideal Concepts' ambitious expansion plans. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be tasked with recruiting the top talent for our insurance broker positions. Our Recruiting department is a critical part of Ideal Concepts' ambitious expansion plans. Currently we have over 5000 contracted insurance sales agents but are working to significantly grow our agent base. 

You will be tasked with utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates, while identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process. Position includes candidate search, screening, some cold calling, interviewing, and testing. You will be an integral part of substantially growing a leading marketing and technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding, engaging, and activating passive candidates via sourcing methods
  • Screening resumes and interviewing candidates from both active and passive markets to determine fit
  • Facilitating interview process with other team members
  • Regularly tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data

Skills:

  • Someone with strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A multitasker able to budget your time to meet assigned goals
  • Comfortable In a high-volume phone-based role
  • Hungry for professional development
  • A collaborative team player
  • Curious about the growing insurance industry
  • Someone without a recruiting background but wants to learn

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, or equivalent experience, in Recruiting or Sales or a related field
  • 5 years of Direct Sales Experience OR 3 years of Recruiting Experience in a high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and open to flexible work hours as needed

This is normally an on-site position, located in Allentown, PA. In light of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we have made temporary arrangements for our staff to be able to work remotely. We will soon return to our offices, at which time, remote work will not be an option for this position.
