The person we're looking to join our genuine team will have passion and a thirst to find great candidates for our departments. We have a solid process in place that supports the unique skills that quality recruiters possess. Our recruiting department begins the day with pride and ends the day with accomplishment.

The right teammate will utilize our in house applicant tracking systems to optimize their recruiting activities, source applicants from a variety of websites and social media platforms, connect with and speak to motivated candidates and conduct  in-person interviews. We are a metrics savvy organization focused on exploring innovative sourcing strategies to grow a diverse pipeline of Ideal candidates.

This is an on-site position, located in Allentown, PA. Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies that attract qualified candidates
  • Creatively advertise positions internally and externally, to attract the best of the best while accurately reflecting the culture of Ideal Concepts
  • Phone screen and interview Ideal candidates
  • Conduct evaluations with candidates select the top individuals who will perform well in our corporate environment and represent our brand with pride 
  • Consistently learn and develop new techniques in recruiting and pipelining strategies
  • Develop a broad knowledge of the insurance industry and adopt a copious understanding of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field of study
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, Boolean search strings and job boards
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Goal oriented with a high level ability to prioritize
  • Readiness to accept critique, embrace opportunities and ring the bell loudly when we achieve  

Desired experience:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resource areas
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and deep searches
  • Experience in a sales-related role
