We are continuing to expand and need several experienced recruiters to source, build rapport and recruit top broker talent for our growing verticals. The qualified candidate will utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor and record recruiting activities, determine the eligibility of agent candidates, and implement multiple active recruiting systems. We will empower this individual to use innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates while identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.

Our Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical part of Ideal Concepts' ambitious expansion plans. Currently, we have over 3,000 contracted agents and are working to grow our agent base significantly. This position includes candidate screening, some cold calling, interviewing and testing. You will be an integral part of substantially growing a leading marketing and technology company.



This is an on-site position, located in Allentown, PA. Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies that attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct strategy meetings with managers to keep the recruitment process relevant
  • Advertise positions internally and externally, accurately reflecting the culture of Ideal Concepts and expectations
  • Candidate screening, some cold calling, interviewing, testing and referral generation
  • Test candidates and meticulously select the top individuals who will perform well in our corporate environment and on our sales platform
  • Develop a broad knowledge of the insurance industry and a deep understanding of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in Business, Human Resources or a related field of study
  • Goal oriented with a high level ability to prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, Boolean search strings and job boards
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Readiness to accept critique, embrace opportunities and ring the bell loudly when we achieve  

Desired experience:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resource areas
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and deep searches
  • Experience in a sales-related role
