Our Assistant Sales Management Trainee works closely with our Insurance Sales Support Staff to learn how we provide remarkable service and why we're are trusted to work with those in the Heath and Medicare markets. Ideally, you will learn our sales strategies with insurance products, partners, and our Customer Relationship Management system. Once these area's are mastered, you will the train and motivate your agent teams in the same areas. You will work closely with our Agent sales force across the country to provide direction and support to our industry-leading brokers in our Health or Medicare Divisions. Other duties include troubleshooting agent issues by problem-solving with a fresh technical approach using screen sharing and phone technology.
This is a developmental position designed to work with those who have sales management experience in other industries and train them to be Ideal Concepts leaders! Our Assistant Sales Managers provide direction and support to our industry-leading brokers across the country. In this position, you will learn how to sell our insurance products using our state-of-the-art CRM platform prior to being assigned a team. You will have regular intentional access to our support teams in order to master what makes our sales teams unique.
Our Member Services Call Center Representatives work with our SureMed members to explain their benefits and assist them with their accounts.
Our Customer Service Representatives work with our national agent sales force to support them through the post-sale process. You will have the opportunity to work with our agents, carrier partners and clients as a liaison that fosters easy and positive communication to problem-solve common and unique issues.
Our Assistant Healthcare Sales Manager works closely with our Insurance Sales Support Staff and Healthcare Agent Sales Force across the country to provide direction and support to our industry leading brokers in our Under 65 Health Insurance Division.
